Parliamentary questions

• Our team can put questions to the Commission of the European Union, which they have to answer. (But often they answer evasively!) Here is an overview of questions that Carola and her team have already asked.

Submitting amendments

• Under certain conditions, our team can contribute to parliamentary reports and draft legislation and propose amendments. However, it is not possible to propose a law yourself, as the Parliament, unlike the European Commission, does not have the right of initiative.

Events

• We can organise events in and outside the Parliament.

• Collaboration on petitions and citizens’ initiatives
• Commissioning independent studies
• Answering questions about EU environmental policy, explaining responsibilities, finding experts for your topic, networking
